Love nomination great being able to add more charms and love them. Felt delivery was expensive no option other then £10 for a little charm think this is a lot.

Wish I had gone to the shop. I ordered off line and was sent the charms which are lovely exactly what I wanted but the price was alot more than in stores. And In store you could have the charms in a lovely presentation bag which much more reflects the price your paying. Was just disappointed with the price and then delivery charges when I had already paid over the odds to in store

Dear Kayle We regret to read your review. We suggest to all the stores the correct price of the items but we are not able to impose the price on the retailer. The prices you can find on the website should be the correct ones. About the delivery charges, unfortunately post brexit the taxes for export to UK are really expensive and we have had to increase the shipping cost. Regards Giada

Got a lovely custom bracelet for my daughter. Arrived from Italy in just a few days. I was kept informed on the progress of the delivery. Very happy with the product.

Very impressed with the member of staff who dealt with my emails & kept getting back to me. Fills you with confidence. I was pleased with my order in general, however when the flower charm came it is not placed central at all & apparently this is how they are made. Not good really when spending £35 for one charm. The gold heart is perfect though. I had some engraved as well. Perfectly done & they are worth the cost. Plus the offer they had on of a free bracelet when spending over £70 was a real impulse buy to buy more charms & worth it then for sure. Happy shopping ! PS My two young adult daughters wear there bracelets all the time.

I love creating and adding to my Italian link bracelets through the years. It’s fun and personal at the same time. My father recently passed away and I added a “♥️ DAD” link. I also use this type of bracelet as a Health Alert for my son who has Diabetes and my daughter loves her bracelets as well.
