A really easy to use site for making orders. A quality product and superb speedy and free delivery ( one day from Italy to UK). One of my favourite companies, highly recommend.

Excellent service and choice from Nomination, the charms were beautiful and exactly what I wanted, however I thought £10 was expensive for delivery of 1 charm. I increased the order to 2 charms and delivery cost was the same so I was happier. Delivery was by DHL and I was asked where to leave the package so it would be safe. I had arranged for someone to be in my home on the date specified to receive the parcel but it arrived 6 days earlier, with no warning of change of date. I had to rearrange my work that day after receiving notification of day of delivery at 10.06 am and actual delivery at 11.14 am and drive home to lock up the parcel, otherwise £70 of charms could have been stolen from my home.

I was given a gift card for mother's Day. I will never buy off this website again as I think the £10 delivery charge is a rip off as you can buy nomination charms be off many websites with free delivery

That is the reason why the shipping fees are that high, as the parcel needs to go through customs and duties once directed to an extracee country (and we are happy to bear them on behalf of our customers). I really love the bracelet but I wish that I could’ve had more options for the letters because you have a lot of feminine items but not enough masculine. I feel as if there should be more plain silver letters or at least masculine letters because I would love to get one for my son. I did however find another website for nomination products but I suppose they do not have them out of country, I am from the USA. I would’ve loved to purchase all of the nomination products through here because I knew it would be genuine. So if they could make this site and the products for male and female that would be great. I am also a lesbian but this site is pushing more towards the straight side of people because there were no options of the lesbian symbol and as well as the ring charm there was however one for straight people. I do know that certain countries are still the way they are, but let’s change for the better of the people. It would also be make certain personnel want to purchase if it were more socially acceptable and not so biased as to who they’re trying to sell too. Have more options for all genders as in he, her, they, them. If their could also be a video on how to use the tool to separate because I wasn’t sure how to use it but I figured out a way but not sure if it’s the correct way. Also add a video on how to properly place on a wrist because it pinches my wrist and not sure how to correct it as to not letting my wrist be pinched. So please provide videos.

The website is very user friendly and I like that I got to design my bracelet and got a preview of it. The product was great and it looks incredible. Can't wait to add more to my collection.
