Items arrived quickly. One was damaged but this was resolved without dispute and they sent a replacement. Great service. Lovely products, nicely packaged even without gift wrapping.

Bought 3 charms for my daughters 21st birthday , from ordering to delivery the experience was excellent , the charms are gorgeous , myself (mum) and daughter both have bracelets and ask family and friends to buy us charms for every occasion , will definitely order from nomination again , thanks

The charm was lovely and couldn’t fault it but I as disappointed at the delivery charge for such a small lightweight item.

Unfortunately these are not related to the weight of the item, but to the duties and taxes we have to face at customs after the Brexit. We really hope this will change in the near future. I asked the package to be left in our lobby without signature needed. It was not left, only my delivery notice was left.

Lovely charm for bracelet and delivered quickly.

The bracelet is beautiful. The Custer service ie email replies very quick. Everything apart from one thing is 5 star, the rating of 4 stars has been given as I think when wanting to buy a charm for these bracelets you should be able to without having to buy another bracelet also price is taken off total for the charms bought as the free inks are kept. I personally would prefer to buy as original price and keep the links that have been replaced with charms that way you build another bracelet instead of having to buy another. Let's face it it's more expensive to buy charms than the bracelet. Some customers want to buy a charm or 2 as a gift to go on a existing bracelet to follow the theme or story until they need a new one.
