I ordered 2 nomination charms for 2 separate people. They came attached to each other & as I don't have a nomination bracelet myself I didn't know how to take them apart. I had to take them back to one of the stores to separate them for me which was a hassle in Christmas week. The charms themselves were beautiful.

We offer the chance to write packaging requests at the check out page but unfortunately we didn't receive any from your part. Adding and removing Links is quite easy. I bought 3 extra links, never got given back spare links that were taken out.

The three Links have not been removed as never paid. For the next time please write us with your request. We cannot see any from your part. Customer service is great. My order was received on time. However, the links are very difficult to add and remove even with a tool. The video makes it look a so easy.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed to find that when opening my parcel the charm was broken in half. I have emailed you with an attached photo, but not had any feed back as yet until this email arrived. Hopefully I shall have a response soon as it was a gift for Christmas!!!!!

I had visited my local jewellers to place an order for Nomination charms as Christmas gifts. However, as the couldn't guarantee delivery before Christmas, I ordered direct from Nomination. Charms arrived very quickly with great communication. The only problem was delivery company said it would deliver on a certain day (I waited in) and they didn't arrive till following day. I would certainly order again. Thank you.

The bracelet I purchased is beautiful and the quality is excellant. The Nomination bracelet was recommended by my sister who purchased a bracelet a few years ago.

I ordered a charm for my niece for her 18th birthday ordered it in time as needed for 17th December it arrived with a stone missing, they were great and said will send a replacement, still not arrived today which is the 17th and when I emailed they are now saying it’s out of stock and awaiting on delivery but the didn’t tell me this until I chased it up
