Was supposed to be at my doorstep on the 12th. Still no new date for arrival. It was supposed to be delivered before Valentines Day.

Very unimpressed with delivery time. Said in website that delivery was guaranteed before valentine's Day if ordered before a certain date. I ordered I side this timeline and the item still isn't delivered yet ( 15th February ) . Order was made over 10 days ago. I completely understand that there is a global pandemic but Why advertise delivery by a certain date if it is not possible.

The parcel was shipped in time for the delivery by Valentine's day but the delivery is delayed due to not good weather conditions. (Out of our control) Your order is still in transit. The service is quick from when you checkout, to when you receive your item/s. you are kept updated all the time when it's on it's way even if its delayed at some point.

Held up for 2 weeks. Lied to by nomination about the delivery. Don't bother. Use a local jeweller.

I purchased a charm from you which I was extremely impressed with. It was a Christmas present for my mother in-law and was absolutely beautiful. She was extremely happy with it and I was looking forward to ordering more charms from you for special occasions however unfortunately, your choice of courier is leading you to lose custom. They were extremely unprofessional and made the whole experience an absolute nightmare. I ended up having to pay an excess of £25 in phone charges from having to call them copious amounts of times as they had no idea where my parcel was or why it was not being delivered to me. The charm that I ordered was £20 meaning that it cost me more to find out what was going on with my parcel. My email to them is below and contains all the relevant information. Due to your choice of courier, I will never purchase an order for delivery from you again. Waybill No: 9933480583 Hello I am emailing regarding your reply to my review left on Trust Pilot. I appreciate your apology.  What happened was I ordered a nomination charm which was to be shipped and delivered to me using your service. Firstly there was trouble with the shipment which I didn't mind as obviously with Covid and everything I appreciate that everything is a bit up in the air at the moment and that it was near Christmas time. A few days after I got an estimated delivery time so stayed in all day for the delivery. After waiting all day, I received a text message to say that due to a "security issue" you do not deliver to this address. It would have been really helpful to know this information at the time of actually placing the order and then I would have been able to sort out a different address for it to be delivered to.  I then used your on demand service to re-arrange the delivery. After a week passed, the delivery never turned up at that address and I never had any information regarding where it was other than that it was in a depot in Leeds awaiting pickup when both addresses that I used were in Sheffield so God knows why it was awaiting collection in Leeds.  I saw that I still had the option to change the delivery address and so decided to change it to be delivered to a locker near my address which was again in Sheffield. Of course, it never turned up at the locker and again I never got any information in regards to where it was other than that it was still awaiting collection in Leeds. At this point I decided to phone DHL. I spoke to a lady who explained to me that my parcel was actually in the locker and that I should have been sent a code to collect it. I explained that I never got sent anything. She then called up the locker service who explained that it was actually awaiting collection at a depot in Sheffield and she said that I would be able to go and pick it up. I don't drive so I thought great I can get the bus or tram if its in Sheffield. I looked up the address that she gave me and it wasn't in Sheffield at all. It was in Barnsley. Well I can't get to Barnsley as she told the people at the depot that I would collect it before they closed which I could have if it was in Sheffield.  So I had to call up again to explain that I can't get to Barnsley and I need it delivering to my original address in Sheffield. This other new lady that I was speaking to over the phone explained that it was actually in the locker so I then had to explain all over again that its not in a locker, I've already been through all this, she then said its in a depot in Sheffield so I said no its not in Sheffield its in Barnsley and I need it delivering because I don't drive and thats the whole point of using a delivery service. She then explained that if I didn't pick it up by the next day that it would be shipped back over to the sender which I think is completely unfair.  I had to get my dad to go out of his way to take me to Barnsley to pick up this parcel which when I picked it up was small enough to fit through a letter box! I ended up racking up a phone bill of £25 which cost me more that the item that I ordered. I had to explain to the staff where my delivery was as they didn't have a clue, there is a clear lack of communication between them and there was clearly no log made of where my parcel actually was otherwise I wouldn't have had to constantly explain myself. I ordered my parcel in November and did not recieve it until the 24th December and thats only because I went out of my way and picked it up. I have never been messed about so much, I will never be using DHL again and I would deffinately not recommend DHL to anyone.
