I am very pleased with my bracelets and so impressed with how quickly they were delivered. The only small issue I have, was when I was picking the bracelets. It took a bit of time, trying to get the rose gold up on the screen but once I found it, it was an easy process. Will definitely order more.

I found it difficult to find the charms at all until I realized they were identified differently. The selection once I found the charms was incredible.

Exactly what I wanted. I made a mistake on the first order and I was able to refund that and process a second order immediately. Delivery was very quick!

I was disappointed with the quality for the price. One of the customised links was tarnished and I had to polish it myself with a metal cleaning cloth before giving as a gift. I also think for the price (over £100) the packaging could be better quality too. I wouldn’t buy again.
