Despite emailing my correct address several times the address on my parcel was still the wrong one.I was lucky to get it.

Good morning we regret to read your message and for the inconveniece. As wrote via email, your address was not updated because the payment wasn't received. When we've received it, we've shipped the parcel with the original address. Anyway we've contacted DHL the day after the shipment to give to the courier the new one. The service was excellent and delivery on time. I was very happy with my bracelet. The only problem I had was having to use the pay pal. I to get a friend to pay on it for me as I don't have pay pal and it wouldn't let me use my credit card.
