The item I wanted wasn’t available in the UK and I desperately wanted it as a gift for my niece. Thankfully it was available via Italy, arrived very quickly and my niece loved it. It was the red dragonfly special bracelet. So lovely I might get one for myself x

I have ordered charms from Nominations a couple of times. I am impressed on how easy it is to navigate their website and how quickly the items are shipped to the United States. Product is good but taking over a month off for Christmas and new year deliveries is absolutely abysmal. No deliveries between 5 December and 12 January?? Mad, plus the shops like argento don't seem to keep a good stock

Dear Customer, we regret to read your review but i'm glad to explain our policy. I can understand your point of view because we know that the inventory period cause many troubles with the shipments. Anyway, this long period is due to the many products we've in stock. There are more than 3000 links online and not all the links in production are available on the website. Above all our best seller collection is composed by very small pieces. We've to count them one by one. I hope you can appreciate a promocode just sent via email. Regards Giada
