I have been using nomination for many years and up until recently have loved all of their jewellery. I recently purchased a bracelet and was disappointed when the diamantes were missing. Nomination customer service were excellent and sent me an immediate replacement and the new replacement has loose diamantes and because of the first bracelet I requested to return this but I have to pay for delivery. Very disappointed with this and I will think again before purchasing any more from nominations. This was my first bad experience. Ref: 5171601260 customer service advisor

Fantastic service. I needed the bracelet and charms urgently and contacted customer service. I received a reply almost immediately saying my order would be despatched the same day. I received it 2 days later. Great quality and nicely packaged.

The Nomination bracelet that I ordered as a gift is absolutely beautiful! I love the selection and quality of available charms. Also, Nomination was very timely in preparing and shipping my order. I will definitely keep this experience in the future.

Dry easy to select the different links and designs. The ability to the see it online as you assemble it was really good. Product shipping was quick and well packed.

I love the brand very much but l am very disappointed about customer service. Before to place an order for a stretchable ring I’ve asked if it’s possible to be reduce . They say it’s possible but I ve received the ring not reduce.
