I had a bit of an odd request as my daughter had damaged a few of her links. Nomination were beyond helpful and helped me get the bracelet back into using condition and were super friendly with it!

Website had so much choice, and easy to build the bracelet that you want. The only thing that is a little disappointing, and has nothing to do with the beautiful quality of the bracelet and charms, was that when you buy the bracelet, you don’t get a tool to change the charms. This may well be available to purchase separately but I haven’t looked into this. Overall, very impressed with the quality and the bracelet arrived very quickly, with beautiful packaging.

The hardest thing about shopping with nomination is picking out just the right piece. They have so many and we have many on our wish list. The individual charm pieces are such high-quality and fit even our vintage pieces and our newest bracelet for our teen daughter. The selection is vast many pieces are timeless while others are trendy. Customer service is great. Ease of order processing is fantastic and shipping is always spot on. we absolutely love shopping with nomination time and time again.

Bracelet is hard to detach and reattach charms with dexterity issues. Please include the tool with orders. Please offer the ability to buy blue charms to match the bracelets you sell. Same for rose gold. If all charms had the option of each colour (even if it cost more) that would be good
