Bought 4 charms , all cane linked together . I have struggled to separate them . Not enough individual boxes for each charm . Took quite a long time to arrive

When I couldn't find what I wanted I messaged Nomination, I received a reply with a link to the item I wanted. I bought and received it within a week, well done Nomination!

Delivery was fairly quick and items well packaged although the large plastic bag could have been half the size especially in these times of trying to reduce on plastics.

I loved the actual braclet links. However, delivery was very slow and WHY were they all joined together in one box???? I had bought them to give to different people so had to take them apart before I could which made them feel distinctly second hand as lost new shine so had to be cleaned.

Was very disappointed that no box or presentation envelope was provided with the product. It arrived in a tatty plastic packet!

I do a lot of online shopping and found your website one of the worst I have ever had to navigate. I had trouble checking out as it is not clear that the day date format is not that standard to UK. I found it impossible to search properly on my tablet so had to use my PC. Also the carrier you use does not have a local drop off point so I had to delay delivery and rearrange my schedule to me in. The charm was a requested gift and if I get a request again I will use a local supplier
