The extension bracelet is beautiful and absolutely adored by my daughter. It is wider than many bracelets sold by Nomination and is gorgeous. There was an initial delay in sending it but the company ensured that they used express delivery to get it to us in the end.

Was a little disappointed not to be contacted by them about my shipment as stated on confirmation of my order. However when I contacted them they speedily replied and were very helpful. Very pleased with the item too

I purchased this link with an engraving but unfortunately I misunderstood when I ordered so my charm (which is a Christmas gift for my mother) is incorrect. I understand it is non returnable bit I think the web page could be more clear. I typed in my daughters name twice as there are 2 lines for text. I think the second line should be more clear that it is a second line of text as I assumed it was to confirm the first line. Disappointed

Great service. I ordered a personalised bracelet and the online chat was helpful with a query I had and then an email correspondence I had about the personalisation was efficient. the regular email updates I got were great too. Quick delivery too!
