My only complaint is that the website is not that easy to navigate. You have to be very specific when finding charms/links and then do not always find them.

The customer service was excellent. I was kept well informed about stock issue and the item was back in stock the day I was told it would be delivery was very fast as well.

Overall the service was excellent. Only feedback that I would like to give is:- I would like to see a larger selection of links for the Big Link category. I would assume that big links are mainly targeted to the male customer and thus more male centric link should be made available. (sports, etc)

After confirmation of my order I didn’t hear anything for a while and when I did it was to let me know that two of the charms / links which were reduced (not when I ordered them) were out of stock and delivery will be delayed. If they were out of stock it should have shown on the website and then I might have chosen a different one. Having said that, when I contacted to say I needed them for a birthday present for a 10 year old, it was sent out quickly to arrive in time and I was able to track delivery. I probably wouldn’t order directly from Nomination again and would use a UK jeweller.

We regret for the delay in shipment but our stock changes every days because the receive new pieces from our laboratories. This is the reason why it's not easy to update the availability of each item, there are more than 3000 references. absolutely beautiful ordered straight from them due to wanting engraving on. Can't fault them one bit kept me informed all the time. Highly recommend for people to go straight to them
