Incredibly slow shipping/ dispatch and when I ask for two gift wraps and two items that are the same - it is strange that the two items are linked together in one package when they arrive. Also the message on the gift card was done in a cheap and ugly way, printed on a label that was scewed, rendering them unusable.

Your order included a Composable Classic Link which, as stated on the website, was temporarily out of stock - that's the reason why it took a bit more than the expected, albeit the shipping times were clearly expressed at check out. The shopping was good but I had ordered a few different charms and they all came linked together and I’m struggling to take them apart. There must be a tool to do this?

These charms were bought as part of a young ladies 21st birthday, the themes of the charms meant a great deal to the intended recipient. However, I thought it was cheeky that I bought an extra link and instead of given me the link that should’ve been in the bracelet I bought you exchanged it. Therefore, I did not have a new link to start my new bracelet.
