I was very pleased and impressed with the quick service the items I ordered came the very next day and although I was out I was able to collect from the local UPS collection point in my nearest town which was only 4 miles away.

Worst online shopping ever, it's already 4 days after my estimated delivery date, and I still don't receive my parcel.

I am upset by the payment method as the gift code I placed somehow was not accepted & I have ended up paying out of my bank account more than expected! I will therefore have to return the goods unless something can be sorted to rectify this anomaly. I will be contacting customer services to see how this can be rectified as soon as possible

Dear Customer Thank you for your review on Feedaty The gift code should be inserted in the apposite space and the card value will be decreased from the total amount of the order. In this way you will not pay the total order but just the difference between gift card and goods price. We wrote an email some days ago with the return information needed to receive a total refund of your order. In this way you can use another time your gift card. The product is as charming as all their others. The ordering process & the shipping charge is no more than any other international orders. Delivery was much sooner than expected. All in all a great job, excellent company to do business with & great products, too.

Website- deliver/shipping time: please when you have items with high deliver time, different from the rest, highlight this info, and/or give a visible notification to the costumer informing about that, RIGTH AWAY BEFORE PAYMENT. Online Costumer service - please teach your employees how to treat clients in a correct and respectful way. Thank you.
