Excellent customer service and support.

My granddaughters & myself all have composable bracelets & think they are lovely & so much fun. The service is excellent & delivery always within a couple of days. If I have one slight niggle it is that the website is not very easy to navigate.

I was disappointed with the service I received before the Christmas period. I ordered a link as a present before the main Christmas rush however didn't receive it until nearly a month later due to it not being in stock. I was never informed that the product I had ordered was out of stock, as well as the money being taken out of my account before the product was dispatched. However, I was pleased with the product when it arrived and the person who it was for also liked it.

A little sufficiente to find what you are looking for on the webpage and there should be free shipping and it should be possible to chose another shipping adress than the billing address e.g to have it delivered at work. Otherwise the things I ordered came fast and where the correct things I ordered.
