Very quick service. I am happy with my new bracelet and I highly recommend this product. The only negative is that it is extremely difficult to change/add links without that special tool you can apparently get in the store. This should really be provided with the bracelet, unfortunately I don't have any shop around so can not get it. Overall great piece of jewellery!

Since coming across Nomination, My wife and I have bought at least 9 expandable bracelets and 4 normal bracelets and too many charms to remember for Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries and special occasions, the variety/choice of charms on offer make it a gift for all occasions and the price of charms is quite reasionable

The communication was great! The design team contacted me to discuss what layout would be best and were very helpful. I had regular updates on the process of making my order and when it was being shipped/delivers. The packaging was also perfect!

Received my order. The delivery wasn't quick but didn't realise it was coming from Italy. however the customer service was abrupt but email only so hard really to interpret it. However the bracelet arrived and its beautiful 😍

My niece mentioned that she really wanted an Italian charm bracelet, so after a little research I found Nomination. The entire process was incredibly easy. I could see the bracelet as I built it, and could easily shop for the charms. There was excellent communication before it arrived, and the bracelet arrived much quicker than I anticipated since it was coming from Europe. The product was exactly as ordered and the quality is great. It made the perfect graduation gift. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Nomination.
