Shopping was easy, and the earrings arrived right when expected. They are so pretty, and I get so many compliments on them. The only downside is the the type of closure on the back is quite difficult, and is almost impossible to do yourself since you can't see it. Otherwise, spectacular!

I placed a late online order for composable bracelet and links a few days before Christmas, not expecting it to arrive in time. To my amazement it turned up on Christmas Eve so thank you very much for such a quick turnaround all the way from Italy. Great service at such a busy time.

Unfortunately sent the wrong charm. I live in Australia and got it delivered to my friend in Ireland and when she sent me a photo to thank me I realised she had received the wrong charm. But quick delivery etc which was good. Thank you

Florence charm was beautiful, was a gorgeous gift, the only thing i would say was there was too much packaging and plastic, pls consider the environment .

Amazing Experience. Ordered the charm which I have been looking for some time for my Daughter and honestly didn't think I would receive for Christmas as I ordered it pretty late on. Arrived on time and so pleased with it. Was able to follow the it's journey on the tracking. Thankyou
