I rang nomination due to my order had been in a number of weeks before Christmas. Just to confirm it would arrive on time. I was assured it would be, I was emailed a tracking number. I could see it had been shipped that morning and arrived 4 days before Christmas. Excellent customer service.

You can definitely tell the difference between Nomination bracelets and the cheaper alternatives! The Nomination bracelet links are a lot more sturdier/hardier and the designed links look way better in quality compared to my cheaper bracelet. The packaging is also reflected in this and their shipping times are very quick! Very pleased with my new bracelet :)

Only negative comment is price of postage to UK. It is a lot to pay for ordering single charms.

Have has a really positive first experience with the company. All items I wanted were in stock at good prices. Communication fantastic. Didn’t realise the items were coming from Italy until I got the receipt but they arrived pretty quickly and are so nice. I would 100% order from here again.
