Took way longer than expected

It was very easy. I do have one suggestion. I bought two identical charms for two different people. The charms came hooked together and I cannot undo them and need to find a person who knows how to do that. My fingers are arthritic and no longer do “ small things”. There are two packages to put them in, but I can’t separate the charms.

Great service although I've ordered a lot of charms they put altogether and no gift bags for each item and not separate. So had to go to the shop to separate and get gift bags. Please do this for each purchase

I love these charms as both myself, daughter & granddaughter have a nomination bracelet however I do find the £10 delivery charge very steep.

From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience,the delivery was rapid to say it came from abroad,the items I purchased were very nice and very appropriate for the occasion,I was very pleased with the discount from the black Friday sales. These charms are of very high quality and when replacing a link to put the new charm on your bracelet eventually you can make another one from your links. Thanks very much nomination I will be using this company very regularly for their fascinating products.

Awful they have said it was delivered by DHL and it's not been found ,they are now arguing over wherewithal was delivered too I am out by over £100 and want it fully refunded or another set it's a special Xmas present,they offered 25%discount on another ,so obviously they think it's gone wrong.I m reporting them to consumer council .
