Ordered it for christmas within the date on the website it came around 6 weeks later. Not much communication and was told due to a "inventory issue". Shouldn't be selling stuff if no product to sell.

The company offers not only an excellent product but also the best service. Making the purchase online was incredibly easy, and the shipping and delivery were spectacularly fast. I loved the product quality. I've shopped in stores in Estonia before, but never online, where you can find better deals and a wider variety of products. I definitely plan to buy from them every month, and I hope to receive discounts or purchase vouchers.

Easy to use website, beautiful charms to choose from. Some charms I feel are slightly over priced. The bracelet and a charm make a wonderful gift.

It was easy to buy a gift card. The only downside was that you don't get a notification saying that the e-gift card has been sent to recipient. My email confirmation just said that they had received my order and I would be informed when the item was shipped. I received another email a week later stating my order had been shipped. It was a bit confusing as it was an e-gift card, so no shipping was included. I think more specific emails should be sent when ordering gift cards, not just an automated response that isn't relevant. I was worried that the gift had been sent to someone else.

After buying gift voucher I then found out it was cheaper to go to a store and buy bracelet as you could get 20 per cent discount also £10 delivery charge is a ridiculous amount to pay also it took almost 2 weeks to receive. Again better to use a store than online. Never again would I buy a voucher from nomination.

Quick and excellent service. Shipping and handling is excellent and I always know where my order is at every step of the way. I have been service for this international order than for items ordered within the US. Love my Florence!!!
