Unfortunately I had a few problems which made my purchase with them a little annoying. The birth stone that came was completely wrong and the gift box was all dented

All our stones are carefully selected but they can vary a bit in shades and colour as the these are natural stones. We offered the shipping of a new bag that was clearly damaged during transport and we hope you could appreciate the 25% discount we offered in sign of good will. Lovely item, bought the watch for my mums birthday. She is over the moon with it.

I was very disappointed that all the charms where added to the bracelet. They where not all for the 1 bracelet and I had to purchase more links elsewhere to make up the full bracelet. Due to this it's very likely I won't use this site to buy from again.

Dear Janet, we sincerely regret reading your review. According to the Terms and Conditions of the Composable Promo, the Links purchased are always put on the bracelet base unless requested otherwise. My order of 3 bracelet charms was delivered quickly. The only thing I was concerned about was I wasn't sure if I should have ordered from a supplier in the UK, but I need not have worried!
