I am not happy at all. I went on sparco website nd got reccomended on it to order one size up from my normal size, which I did and ws too big. After that I returned it and I was supposed to get a refund, and 13 working days have pssed and nothing. I even email sparco and they did not even answer.

Eure Produkte finde ich seit vielen Jahren toll, nur der Service bei einem Widerruf ist sehr schlecht. Ich habe sehr viele Mails geschrieben, weil ich die Schuhe zurückgeben möchte, weil die Farbe nicht dem entspricht, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Ich habe bis jetzt keine Antwort zum weiteren Vorgehen erhalten. Ich habe sogar auf englisch, deutsch und die italienisch geschrieben und trotzdem keine Antwort bekommen. Ich habe die Schuh me jetzt einfach zurückgeschickt und hoffe das ich das Geld gutgeschrieben bekomme.

Totalmente insoddisfatto…avrei potuto prendere lo stesso prodotto a 5/8€ in più altrove ed essere totalmente risarcito per qualsiasi minimo problema. Invece tramite vostro sito, mi ritrovo dopo settimane che ho richiesto il reso, a dover essere io a contattare più volte il supporto tecnico per capire cosa fare per restituire il prodotto a me non conforme. Morale della favola, mi ritrovo che devo, oltre a rispedire di mano mia il prodotto, pagare pure la consegna. Inaccettabile nel 2022 una cosa del genere. Una delle Marche più conosciute al mondo in campo Motorsport che non tiene conto minimamente dei propri clienti. Mai più su questo sito. Parole dure ma necessarie. Il mio commento sarà un altro che verrà cestinato immediatamente perché ve ne fregherete sicuramente, ma almeno ho raccontato la mia brutta esperienza. Vergognoso

To process a return, I had to send an email and wait for 5 days to receive an "authorization" with the necessary forms, which was still not totally clear.

Déçu de ma commande car le produit est endommagé, la couleur du tissu est très différente de celle du site Internet et il est impossible de joindre sparco par téléphone

I prodotti sono molto belli ma il servizio post vendita è molto scadente, dopo 2 settimane non ho avuto nessuna indicazione per un reso . L'unica risposta è una mail che ti dice che verrai ricontatto. Peccato.

Worst customer support ever. I wanted to return the product and it took them 2 weeks to reply and only after I told them I will spam them with emails every hour. I don't think I will buy from Sparco again just so I don't have to deal with their support.

Très mécontent de mon achat d'une chaise Gaming. En 3 ans, j'ai changé 2 fois le pied en croix tenant les roulettes. Compte tenu du prestige de la marque, la qualité n'est pas du tout au rendez vous. Service client impossible à avoir.
