Despite showing the products as "in stock," they were actually unavailable. Two days after I placed my order, I was offered a different size of the same product as a replacement. I agreed to the change immediately (on Thursday at noon), but the items still weren’t shipped until Monday — even though I followed up with a reminder on Friday. At this point, I honestly started to doubt whether the replacement was actually in stock either. Had I known this on Thursday, I would’ve cancelled the order right away. In the end, it took the store six days just to ship my order and seven days for it to arrive — even though I live only 40 minutes away and had paid immediately. Since the order was urgent, I bought the exact same products elsewhere, and they were delivered the very next day.

La personne gérant les clients au moment de ma visite n'était pas vraiment en train de me conseiler sur un gilet pour ma fille. Certes il n'y avait pas beaucoup de modèles à choix mais un peu plus dâttention aux clients seraient appréciables pour éviter des achats sur internet ou chez des grands magasins comme Decathlon. Et j'ai dû en fait venir 2x car la 1ère fois le magasin était fermé (pendant les heures d'ouvertures officielles) car il y avait une manifestation quelque part... heureusement que je n'habite pas loin sinon je ne serai probablement pas revenu la 2ème fois.
