Extremely disappointing experience with OtticaIT. I requested a return and OtticaIT explicitly approved it in writing, confirming: “Your return request has been approved” and “We confirm that you can send the package.” They also instructed me to send it with a courier of my choice. I followed their instructions and returned the package via UPS at my own expense, paying approximately €25. Despite having explicitly authorized the return, OtticaIT refused the UPS delivery. The package is now being returned to me. No explanation was provided for the refusal. Communication by email has been poor, and I have also been unable to resolve the matter by telephone. I am now potentially facing another €25 in shipping costs just to send the same authorized return again. I have retained the written return authorization, shipping receipt and UPS tracking showing the refused delivery. Mistakes can happen, but refusing a return that you explicitly authorized and then failing to provide the customer with a clear explanation or solution is unacceptable customer service. I will update this review if OtticaIT resolves the matter properly and ensures that I do not have to pay a second time because the authorized shipment was refused. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend OtticaIT.

Pedido realizado y abonado 17/07/26, a 03/08/26 no he recibido mi pedido, no sé dónde está y no me informan fecha de entrega. Agencia de transportes da información diferente a la del remitente; Atención al Cliente de esta óptica no contesta o no lo hace con información correcta y veraz. Realmente preocupada por saber dónde están los artículos que compré y cuándo los recibiré.
