Delivery was well executed and left as requested. It was in tact and delivered 1 week before Xmas. It was a Xmas present so I requested and paid for gift wrapping, however, this did not occur. In spite of this the whole experience and reception by recipient excellent.

After looking at thousands of art glass options for our foyer - we found THE ONE at YOURMURANO. The website was very easy to navigate and find exactly what you are looking for. Questions? They responded immediately (in English) and were very helpful. The shipping was fast with high quality packing - there’s no way anything would break! If for some strange reason it did - they fully insure their shipment. Absolutely will buy from them again! And don’t forget to check their promos & discounts…

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I urgently needed 48 Murano glass pieces as gifts for an event, and I was really struggling to find anyone who could supply that many on short notice. The team went above and beyond — they even contacted the glass-blower master directly, and within just a few hours everything was sorted out. Delivery arrived a few days before the event, perfectly on time. Andrea was incredibly responsive, answering every question I had via email and making the whole process so smooth and stress-free. She even added a few extra pieces for free — such a thoughtful touch. The glasses were absolutely stunning, and the guests loved them (yes, loved them!!). I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Truly exceptional service and craftsmanship.

Dealing with Yourmurano was very straightforward and my purchase was packed beautifully so it arrived in one piece. Only hold up for me was with customs and courier in my own country which was frustrating, but nothing to do with yourmurano!
