Foxydry Duo - 202 cm / Brown / Yes

Bon produit sauf , les vis de fixation sont de piètre qualité, nous avons dû en acheter d’autres! Les tiges filtées qui unissent les barres d’étendage, elles sont un peu trop courtes à mon sens! Ensuite les fixations pour la rambarde ronde du balcon ne sont pas vraiment bien adaptées. Mon mari a dû faire un système pour que ça tienne en place sans que ça tourne et que mon étendoir s’affaisse ! J’ai dû également changer toutes mes pinces à linge car plus adaptées au »fils » trop gros. Sinon je le trouve bien pratique, lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé on le retourne à l’intérieur du balcon.

Bonjour, merci pour votre avis très détaillé — et désolés pour ces difficultés. Le Foxydry Duo 202 cm doit être stable et simple à fixer, y compris sur rambarde ronde avec le bon montage/kit. Pour vous aider concrètement : pouvez-vous nous envoyer 2–3 photos de la rambarde (diamètre) et des fixations installées ? Nous pourrons vous indiquer la configuration correcte pour éviter la rotation et l’affaissement, et si certaines vis/tiges filetées sont inadaptées ou défectueuses, nous organiserons un remplacement. Pour les pinces à linge : certains modèles “slim” sont plus pratiques avec des fils plus épais — si vous voulez, on peut vous recommander un format adapté. Merci encore : vos retours nous aident à améliorer ce sèche-linge de balcon gain de place.

Foxydry Duo - 202 cm / Anthracite / No

The product was received quickly. Mounting it was tricky, some screws weren't really aligned to the holes and eventually with trying too much screwing, it damaged the screw head and the hole inside. I found a way to fix it by switching parts and using another screw. For now it works well and does the job it's supposed to do. Let's see in time if it will be durable.

Foxydry Mini - 128 cm / White

La compra: fácil y tardó muy pocos días en llegar. La instalación: un poco incómodo de montar por ser de techo (mejor dos personas) y las instrucciones tienen algunos puntos no muy claros. Con el vídeo pudimos entenderlo, pero el vídeo no se puede parar, con lo que hay que verlo en bucle... Es lo que yo creo que debería mejorar. El funcionamiento: muy bien, sube y baja sin problema, es resistente (una lavadora de 8kg colgada entera en mojado y lo aguanta) y es muy cómodo, tiene un rango de altura muy amplio. Espacio: para una casa pequeña, es un antes y un después por el gran espacio que ahorras.

Sobre la instalación e instrucciones: entendemos perfectamente que al ser un tendedero de techo ahorra espacio sea más cómodo entre dos personas, y tomamos nota de tus comentarios para mejorar los puntos menos claros. También gracias por lo del vídeo: tiene todo el sentido poder pausarlo o tener pasos más “por partes”. Si quieres, dinos qué paso fue el más confuso y te mandamos una guía rápida paso a paso.

Foxydry Mini - 152 cm / White

Product arrive and I had it fitted within a couple of hours. I’d downloaded the instructions beforehand, which allowed me to get it marked out on ceiling before it arrived. Instructions and fixings suggest fixing to concrete ceiling but ours is plasterboard and timber and luckily the joist was in a perfect position to allow fixing directly into this. Instructions are very clear and as long as you set out all the parts and steadily work through the instructions it’s fairly easy to fit, just make sure you run the cords over the top of the clutch roller before feeding it through rest of the frame.

Great point about plasterboard/timber ceilings — fixing into a joist (or using a suitable backboard) is the right approach for a secure ceiling-mounted drying rack.
