Part of the product (storage tray) that keeps tools organized in tool box arrived damaged. I’ve contacted Mister Worker to remedy the situation. I’m hoping they’ll make it right and send a replacement part. I’ll update my review pending their response.

Received a wrong item when package arrived. Quickly notified the merchant of incorrect item and received a late response. Issue is still in progress. I have purchased from them before and received great service but this time something went wrong. I hope that this gets resolved quickly and have the correct items shipped expeditiously for the inconvenience.
