Ho ordinato la merce prima di Natale e sul sito veniva detto che sarebbe stata consegnata subito dopo l'epifania vengo contattata dal corriere pet problem a mister worker in data 10 gennaio mi dice che il pacco è stato smarrito. Chiedo che la merce venga rispedita con urgenza poiché ne avevo bisogno. Mi garantiscono di sì e la merce viene spedita in data 21 gennaio. Consegnata il 22 gennaio. Servizio pessimo e assistenza clienti pessima.

Non è la prima volta che acquisto da ME. Esperienza molto positiva riguardo la facilità di acquisto, i prodotti e della assistenza clienti. Consiglio però di imballare meglio la merce o di cambiare lo spedizioniere (poste italiane) in quanto non è la prima volta che i prodotti arrivano danneggiati e che poi voi prontamente li sostituite.

Absolute shambles order my package on 24th of November needing my boots for work and it’s now a month later and still no sign of them woudnt recommend anyone purchasing boots of them if your not willing to wait 2/3 months
