Catalogo fornito e vasto (almeno per quanto mi riguarda). Peccato per la spedizione: ho acquistato un totale di 9 oggetti medio/piccoli e ho ricevuto il tutto con 3 spedizioni. La terza, inoltre, dopo una serie di solleciti tra cui 19 minuti a telefono (a pagamento!!!) senza ricevere risposta. Migliorerei questo aspetto e darei la possibilità di un recapito telefonico non a pagamento!

Merce di ottima qualità, purtroppo il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Ho ordinato 4 articoli tutti insieme. Tre articoli sono arrivati con due spedizioni diverse, il quarto, fortunatamente di basso costo (spazzola per candele USAG), non mi è mai arrivato. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al servizio clienti il 16.02.21 e il 19.02.21 ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

They delievered 2 months after payment only 2/3 of the completly paid order. No proper reaction to emails. You get only stupid "BlaBla" responses after weeks. They simply don't care. This was definitly my last purchase at this company.

It has been over two months since my order and still have no word on when it will ship... or why it hasn't. Keep getting generic excuses like "experiencing slight delays due to the high demand and the security measures adopted", "I am now trying to understand what has been delaying the shipment ", "due to IT problems we had issues in displaying live-stocks". They finally created a UPS tracking number (as if that means they are actually shipping something). That was a week ago... Yikes

Two months after the order the consignment has still not been received. Items left storage weeks late - definitely not within a few days as stated during purchase. Needless to say that I would have not approved order if the shipment timeline was portrayed correctly. I was not informed until after I chased the company multiple times. Customer support extremely slow. In short my first experience with Mrworker will be the last.

I finally received my order, a month & a half after ordering. Although I’m happy with the products, I am not happy that my order was shipped out so late that I was charged £46 import taxes. If my order had been shipped out when I first contacted the company in mid December, & was told it would be shipped in a couple of days, I would not have had to pay this charge. I understand due to COVID there would be a delay but a month & a half is ridiculous. I also feel I only received my order because I had asked for a refund, after waiting over a month. Edited: after contacting the company about the customs charges, they have refunded them in full, I have now improved my review to reflect this. I cannot really give a higher rating due to length of wait.

Comprehensive towards the extended time under these COVID conditions to deliver. Customer service reacted swiftly on my request to update me on the delivery period. However upon opening of my package found 1 item missing, waiting for reaction, Thanks Steven

I ordered a gift for my husband on the 25th of November 2020. On the website it stated that it would take 3 to 5 days to deliver and maybe delayed for up to 6 days due to brexit etc. What I ordered has still not arrived and it is over 1 month later. I have paid in full for the item and have had no correspondence to explain thus unacceptable delay. Can someone from customer service contact as soon as possible to explain what the delay is and when we will receive what we ordered. Regards Eimear Barry
