We received the order and was suprised to hear later that day that we have a tax bill to pay for the shipping totalling over £160 - this was never explained in the invoice - we wont be using you again!

I am disapointed. Misterworker ignored my requests to cancel the order, and the machine arrived broken. As I dislike paperwork I repaired it, but that's a poor customer service I certainly won't order again at misterworker, sorry.

3 weeks later after paying a high courier price am still waiting on delivery with no responses from the numerous emails sent to Mister Worker. Terribly poor experience thus far.

Takes far too long to recieve item from time of order. Shipping charge, import charge with additional DHL admin fee now mean I have paid a lot more than I would have if bought from UK seller. Overall, I would not use Mister Worker again unless the process is quicker, and price allows for UK import.

Not the foam that was on the picture, spanners didn't fit the foam.

Unfortunately the tools arrived and the transport had not been kind. In future can tools be packed better! As the tool tray that holds the tools was smashed. As the tray was the reason I chose that item!

0 stars is not possible, so 1 star given. No, I'm not satisfied at all. Tracking says that parcel was delivered to Syracuse, Italy --> but destination shoud be Austria! No reaction by MisterWorker on mail/contact formular - not exactly brilliant...

terrible service, ordered some tools worth 650 EUR three weeks ago, still nothing has been shipped, and they don't respond to the emails
