Hi I ordered the item in uk but I received costumes fee for £160 was shipped from Italy so nobody informed me is from Italy and need to pay the customs fees.

J’ai commandé une première fois et la livraison a été rapide. J’ai commandé, le jour de réception de la première box commandé, le même produit en date du 21 juin 2024. A ce jour, soit 3 semaines plus tard, et malgré le débit sur mon compte en date du 21/06, pas reçu d’information quant à l’envoie et la date de livraison de ma commande. Je doute que ce délai corresponde à vos habitude et ce délai long n’est pas annoncé .
