0 stars is not possible, so 1 star given. No, I'm not satisfied at all. Tracking says that parcel was delivered to Syracuse, Italy --> but destination shoud be Austria! No reaction by MisterWorker on mail/contact formular - not exactly brilliant...

Wonderful tool store with an amazing selection. It's very hard to find quality European tools in the US and even with shipping the cost is amazingly better than what you can find in the US, even on Amazon. I upgraded my entire tool selection and Mister Worker has made it a pleasure to do so.

It has taken 3 weeks to be delivered. I ordered a DeWalt drill and battery. It was despatch 8 days after I placed the order. I understand DHL need time to transport it. But it could have been despatched the next day after order. It takes too long I will not be using this site again.
