This is my first purchase from Mister Worker. I liked the prices, the nicely developed website, the ease of checkout including Amazon Pay, their international shipping, and follow up emails during shipment. What I did not like was a poorly packaged item. A 200 Euro item was shipped in a plastic bag. The wrenches beat against each other chipping chrome and damaging the tool roll also.

Ive sent 3 emails in the last 2 weeks about my order eta or some sort of tracking and have not received a response. It’s been a month since I’ve placed my order. Tracking on my order stopped in Italy. I’m about to cancel my order through my bank.

The items I received from Mister Worker were as described. They were delivered according to the estimated delivery date. I recommend Mister Worker and if you're buying tools check with them first.

This set of tools includes both Metric and SAE sockets. The sockets, rachet, extension, and the U-joint socket are all well made. Good quality.

Overall experience was great. But it could be better if you can provide customs clearance service and include a duty fee in the total items price. Amazon, Ebay, MyUS can all do this.

Acquisto con una certa regolarità ormai da circa un anno. I prezzi sono eccellenti rispetto a quanto si vede altrove, la merce che ho acquistato è di qualità più che ottima e il sito è di immediato utilizzo. Chi è abituato ad avere consegne immediate, sappia che la consegna avviene, normalmente, in 10 giorni. Onestamente, visti i prezzi competitivi, non trovo ragionevole pretendere di più. Va detto che non c’è mai stato il benché minimo problema.
