gli scaffali sono ottimi, facilmente montabili e non si piegano facilmente come altri di tipo analogo in caso di distribuzione dei pesi non particolarmente uniforme. Li consiglio.

It has been over two months since my order and still have no word on when it will ship... or why it hasn't. Keep getting generic excuses like "experiencing slight delays due to the high demand and the security measures adopted", "I am now trying to understand what has been delaying the shipment ", "due to IT problems we had issues in displaying live-stocks". They finally created a UPS tracking number (as if that means they are actually shipping something). That was a week ago... Yikes

Two months after the order the consignment has still not been received. Items left storage weeks late - definitely not within a few days as stated during purchase. Needless to say that I would have not approved order if the shipment timeline was portrayed correctly. I was not informed until after I chased the company multiple times. Customer support extremely slow. In short my first experience with Mrworker will be the last.

I finally received my order, a month & a half after ordering. Although I’m happy with the products, I am not happy that my order was shipped out so late that I was charged £46 import taxes. If my order had been shipped out when I first contacted the company in mid December, & was told it would be shipped in a couple of days, I would not have had to pay this charge. I understand due to COVID there would be a delay but a month & a half is ridiculous. I also feel I only received my order because I had asked for a refund, after waiting over a month. Edited: after contacting the company about the customs charges, they have refunded them in full, I have now improved my review to reflect this. I cannot really give a higher rating due to length of wait.

I ordered a gift for my husband on the 25th of November 2020. On the website it stated that it would take 3 to 5 days to deliver and maybe delayed for up to 6 days due to brexit etc. What I ordered has still not arrived and it is over 1 month later. I have paid in full for the item and have had no correspondence to explain thus unacceptable delay. Can someone from customer service contact as soon as possible to explain what the delay is and when we will receive what we ordered. Regards Eimear Barry

PENOSI. Ho inviato diverse mail per capire, visto che non si avevano pù notizie, se l'ordine di più materiale fosse gia spedito o altro. Sempre risposte (con calma) non esaustive. Alla fine dopo oltre un mese mi sono arrivati solo 2 pezzi. Dopo altre mail ne sono arrivati altri due. Ad oggi non ho più avuto risposte per sapere che fine ha fatto l'ultimo oggetto. Hanno prezzi invitanti ma se non spediscono, quei prezzi sono solo uno "specchietto per le allodole" Ci sono siti più seri ed affidabili. forse a prezzo maggiore su alcuni articoli, ma la consegna è sicura e veloce.
