Je n'ai pas encore reçu ma commande passée le 1er décembre mais on m'a expliqué que c'était un problème informatique de gestion des stocks, ce qui explique ma note ni trop mauvaise ni trop bonne!

Assistenza insesistente! ho fatto l'ordine e dovevano spedire in 3 giorni. Sono quasi passate 2 settimane e non c'è traccia di nessuno. Ho scritto all'assistenza e mi hanno detto che per problemi interni non riescono a spedire prima di altre 2 settimane al che ho chiesto il rimborso immediato.....sono nuovamente spariti! fortuna che ho pagato con paypal, sono con una controversia aperta dove ovviamente non si sono fatti vivi! pessimo

While Mister Worker has had to deal with shipping and other delays due to COVID they have always been quick to respond and fairly accurate with shipping timelines. I just received all but one piece of an order I placed 6 months ago, but have placed 3 subsequent orders in the waiting period.

It has been 3 weeks since my order was approved and I have not received the slightest piece of news about it. I have therefore tried to cancel it but haven't received any reply either. Very poor service service so far.

Aún estoy esperando, cobrar no tardaron para eso sí hay prisa, me he puesto en contacto con el fabricante para pedir referencias, de momento muy mal en servicio. Ya veremos. Me temo que tendré que hablar esta semana con el banco y ver cómo recuperar el pago.

Il voto è relativo al servizio offerto nn certo sui prodotti... È il terzo ordine che faccio e su tutti la merce è arrivata almeno dopo 15 giorni dall' ordine. Di quest' ultimo dopo 3 mail di sollecito non ce ne merce ne risposta...

I paid for the goods on November 27, 2020 at 20:58. Received the goods on December 18, 2020 at 14:27 in Riga, Latvia. A pleasant surprise was the presence in the set of HOOK (PRODUCT NUMBER N597001) and SCREW (PRODUCT NUMBER N587357), which I did not find in the product description. Also, as I understand it, there was a mistake in the product description. It says: "EQUIPMENT: 2 batteries 18V - 2.0Ah, charger, carrying case", but it should be: "EQUIPMENT: 2 batteries 18V - 4.0Ah, charger, carrying case". It would be nice to indicate in the description that the bundle includes an SFMCB12 charger (OUTPUT: 18V 2.0A). This is important, since such a charger takes 2 hours to charge an 18V - 4.0Ah battery.
