Siete una azienda inaffidabile,poco seria e da cui conviene stare alla larga: abbiamo fatto un ordine di materiale pronto a stock con consegna in qualche giorno, dopo 15 gg non è arrivato nulla e non abbiamo mai avuto risposta alle mail inviate, abbiamo anche provato a contattarvi telefonicamente pagando una follia ma anche in questo caso nessun risultato, abbiamo buttato i soldi pagati per l'ordine.

Terrible! I ordered this 17 days ago. Money came out of my account instantly. I have received no communication from Mister Worker since. No shipping notification. I have not received the items. I have emailed Mister Worker 6 times and have not received any replies.

I removed one star for a good reason; the description of tools on this website is not very accurate. Photos show generic items and in my particular case it was not specified that the ratchet I purchased was 1/2" or 3/8" drive. I assumed it was 3/8", but I got a 1/2", which I have no need ofr. I ordered a second one in 3/8" after checking the Stahlwille catalog for specific item numbers. This is something which should be addressed. Besides this issue, no problem. I paid for DHL and my ratchet arrived very fast. The prices are extremely good for the US market, way below US importers. My advice is to check the exact catalog item numbers when ordering to eliminate confusions.

It's a Stahlwille; end of story. Five stars with blindfolded eyes. No other ratchet regardless of country of manufacturing, with similar features comes close and I know tools. Smooth, strong, great grip, fabulous balance. Locking mechanism works like a charm.
