On the 8th of August I ordered and paid for a Dewalt Electric screwdriver Today is the 25th of August and NOTHING has arrived - I have had to report this to my credit card company as correspondence is so poor , I cannot trust this company AT ALL !

3 weeks in and my item has still not been delivered. No response from the online form on their website which I completed twice whilst trying to get an update. Finally got a response 48 hours later once I sent the sales team an email. Been told it will be another 2 weeks before it’s dispatched. Mister Worker, Mr Martin says FAIL and I won’t be buying from you again!

L'ordine ci ha messo 15 giorni ad arrivare, nonostante ci fosse scritto "spedito in 2/3 giorni", non è stato tanto un problema di tempistiche quanto il fatto di non aver ricevuto nessuna notizia in merito. Tolti i lunghi tempi di attesa, lo staff si è dimostrato presente e disponibile e alla fine l'ordine è arrivato. Metto 4 stelle perché tolto questo disguido ho pagato 80 euro in meno rispetto al listino Usag.

Un po' deboluccio, ma non è colpa di Mr.Worker. Siccome ne ho già parecchi, sono praticamente obbligato ad acquistare questo modello, altrimenti dovrei cambiarli tutti. I primi pezzi liho acquistati in un brico center che in seguito ha chiuso, quindi mi sono rivolto a Mr. Worker per reperirli uguali.

I ordered and there was an IT issue so they didn’t ship for 2 weeks and I was nervous. After many emails back and forth they finally shipped. Shipping to US took just 4 days, package was well packed. Prices are excellent. I would order again.
