Ho effettuato un ordine il 26/10/2019, oggi è il 10/12/2019 e non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Gli operatori chiamati mi hanno solo saputo dire che deve esserci stato un problema e che mi avrebbero ricontattato loro... Nessuno si è fatto sentire!!!

Aspetto da 2 settimane un ordine che in teoria doveva essere spedito in 24/48 ore. Chiamato decine (senza esagerare) di volte il servizio clienti ma non risponde nessuno anche se l'ho trovato spesso occupato. Rispondono ad una mail su 10 dicendo che hanno spedito ma poi non inviano il numero di tracking.

Update: After leaving feedback and sending two follow up emails, the Mister Worker team was very responsive in their communication and helped resolve this issue to my satisfaction, waiving the shipping fee and including an active promotion item with my order. The team was cordial and responsive and attributed the issue to an IT system failure misreporting the inventory status of the item. I'd shop with MisterWorker again given this ultimately satisfactory service experience. Original review: Received order confirmation email but no shipping confirmation (as of two weeks from ordering), though the item was listed as in stock and shipping in 48-72 hours. Sent customer support requests by email and through the website with no response.

Got compleatly wrong item(parts for saw instead of expansive laser level) after 2 weeks waiting untill thay ship it(but before making order it say will ship it after 72hrs), I sent all photos and got answer: Dear Arturas, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We've forwarded your email to our Administration in order to understand what's happened. We will provide you all shipping details for the products at the beginning of the next week - yo can dispose off the wrong item. Best regards, Customer Service Team. -So whole next week passed and nobody answer to any messages. Feeling very disappointed, don't realy sure what to do next. My order made 11/14/2019. Please answer and bring what I pay for...
