Lasciate perdere. Venditore poco preciso e per nulla puntuale. Non hanno un'assistenza clienti ed al numero 39 02 9143 3257 non rispondono quasi mai e nel caso doveste essere cosi fortunati da parlare con qualcuno, non risolverà il problema (ovviamente e' la mia esperienza). Ho fatto un acquisto (due Borse Porta Attrezzi) il 2 ottobre, consegna stimata 24/48 ore. Nonostante i numerosi solleciti (mail e telefonici), la merce e' arrivata il 21 ottobre e solo dopo aver aperto il reclamo con PayPal (impeccabili). Sconsiglio vivamente questo fornitore.

Goods had been poorly packed without any adhesive tape on it package. Plastic back for shipping has a several holes, the sharpness of Cutting pliers can make it loose if goods is bigger than this.

Exactly what I was looking for. I carry my tools in a backpack. Having compact, durable tools is a must for me. This Ratchet has exceeded my expectations. Favorite part is the size of the head. Gets in more places than my old cheap knock off ratchet. Second favorite part is the tension screw for the swivel. I've it ever starts to get loose you just tighten it up yourself.

Everything was great, except when I look at my orders, it does not update showing that the item was shipped. Even the order that I already received still says that it is Waiting for Authorization. Would be very helpful to have current information when the item was shipped and the DHL Tracking Number there (or email with that information). Thank you!

Excellent store, with an extraordinary quality of service. I had a problem, but not the fault of the seller but the carrier, where customer service resolved promptly and effectively. The only opinion I can give is how certain products could be better protected for long-haul transportation. Otherwise nothing to say but to congratulate the excellent work.

Ordine fatto ( e pagato ) il 3 di ottobre, con consegna prevista in 6~7 gg, , sollecitato il giorno 10 con risposta che sarebbe partito il giorno successivo, risollecitato il giorno 16 con nuova risposta che sarebbe stato spedito il 17 con comunicazione del numero di tracking , ma fino ad ora nulla.

Ordine effettuato il 9 ottobre con consegna indicata sul sito entro 24/47h. A oggi 17/10 nulla ancora..provo a chiamarli e non rispondono al telefono, ieri ho aperto un ticket in assistenza ma nulla...a questo punto sentiro' PayPal per il rimborso..

Product delivered in a timely fashion with no issues. Product was as advertised. Great experience except shipping is expensive because it is coming out of the EU but that is to be expected.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 22/9 oggi è il 16/10 e non ho ancora ricevuto nulla ho provato più volte a chiamare e a scrivere al centro assistenza ma non risponde nessuno!

dopo tre acquisti on-line effettuati dal sito mister worker, tutti andati a buon fine e con la massima precisione e tempestività, effettuo un quarto acquisto, ordine n. 33563 di Euro 38, 48 pagato tramite bonifico bancario del 30-09, non ho mai ricevuto tale ordine. Profondamente deluso perche', dopo aver fatto presente l'accaduto due volte all'azienda, non ho ricevuto neanche una risposta di quanto accaduto, o, quantomeno, delle scuse. Non effettuerò più acquisti da questa azienda.
