Secondo acquisto con questo venditore; la prima volta tutto benissimo, questa volta invece c'è stato un problema con un articolo aggiunto in un secondo momento, ad ordine chiuso, tramite contatto telefonico. Sebbene l'impiegato abbia gentilmente e velocemente modificato l'ordine, l'articolo in questione non è mai arrivato. L'assistenza tuttavia è stata all'altezza, sia per email che via chat attraverso il sito web. Dopo un'ultimo contatto telefonico, dietro mia richiesta l'articolo è stato prontamente rimborsato. Non tutto può andare sempre bene... questo venditore tuttavia si è dimostrato responsabile e professionale.

Delivery took longer than expected, but the price was reasonable and everything eventually turned up. Delivery came in two parts, one on time and one delayed.

DeWalt DT71566 QZ Mixed Drill Bit Set 100 Pcs - Number of pieces : 100

Drill bits have a good variety of size, they seem strong, though I’ve only used them a handful of times so far. The wood bits are nice and sharp. The 7mm masonry bit is slightly bent on first use.
