Quick delivery but after sales and customer support are 0. I wished to change my order, I’ve e-mailed them... respond received 2 week later. ... been refunded.

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong item from what was pictured and described on the website (order #36678) I was looking for that very specific model which is why I decided to go ahead and pay an arm and a leg to get it shipped to my country. I queried this with the customer service team... its been 7 days and have had no response.

Ordinato è pagato 7 punte per legno dewalt tipo Forstner ne sono arrivate 6 non risp one nessuno per avere una spiegazione

Produits intéressant et tarifs attractifs. Mais contact SAV quasi inexistant. Aucune réponse à 4 messages depuis bientôt un mois. Impossible d'annuler une partie de ma commande. Du coup je me retrouve avec un doublon sur un perfo à plus de 1000 euros.. Que vais je en faire? SAV absent : aucunbe réponse aux messages et Téléphone ne répond jamais . Un mois d'attente pour la livraison "express"...

Absolut miserabler verkeüfer habe meine bestellung bis heute nicht erhalten habe über Amazon pay bezahlt und nun Geld zurückgefordert und meinen Anwalt informiert dies ist Betrug was der verkeüfer hier tätigt also kauft überall doch nicht hier wenn ihr für euer Geld was bekommen wollt den hier wird mann Geld los und hat nichts außer Ärger!!!!!
