Excellent service and delivery. More of a bowl than dish which is not clear on the web but I like it very much. Its a lovely design. Tiny raised lump in the front but not important

The piece is really lovely and I am very pleased with it. It was simple to purchase and required no further input after payment. A small delay in transit was mildly frustrating.

The six Murano glasses were just beautiful - surpassing even my high expectations. The packing was really first-class, and the delivery time not bad at all. A great experience - and I may come back for more!

I love my vase. Prettier in person than even imagined. It was shipped quickly and packed so carefully.

Although the glass sculpture was stunning and worth the price, and well boxed and packed, when it arrived the bill was broken. It appeared that the protective bubble wrap taped around it, being part of a singe sheet around the rest of the body, had become trapped beneath the heavy sculpture so that when the body shifted within its rigid foam bed, it pulled the bill off. It is not worth sending the whole thing back, so we are looking for a top glass restorer here to make a good job of repair here. .

The Murano plate and customer service are incredible! It was delivered as promised even though the world-wide pandemic. It’s the perfect addition to our dining room table. Highly recommend Murano plate.

I live in South Africa and have ordered 2 Murano bowls in the last two months. To my amazement these were delivered well within expected time. My experience is that Murano, Venice is exceptionally professional, and take great pride in satisfying their customers at all times. Hilmari Wharton-Hood Cape Town South Africa. YourMurano offices are located in Murano island and each our creation is handmade in 1400 degrees specific ovens, by expert artisans that passed down antique technique secrets from generation to generation.
