I got four pieces for my mother, my father, my brother and my sister's birthdays. Very nice pieces. Quite pricey but very nice, I especially like the glasses I got for my mother (in the kaia water set). They came together in a big box, well wrapped to avoid breaks and scratches. The company was very helpful. They made a special website so I could order, as one of the pieces (an ashtray for my sister) was not on the company website and I got 15% off by haggling to buy the pieces. Very helpful customer support as well, I exchanged about 30 e-mails with a member of staff before deciding on the ashtray I wanted and haggling the price.

all went well but now i see pricing in euros and not us dollars, is that correct? Was interesting that i can order direct from Woodland,WA to Murano, Italy... I need dollar amount on pricing correct???

My shopping experience as a whole was very pleasant. The glass that I purchased was an absolutely beautiful pitcher! It was packaged very well and I received it in perfect condition, also, the prices were very good for authentic Murano glass! Thank you so much!

Since 1297 Murano glass has decorated the most luxurious mansions and it is one of the most appreciated Made in Italy handcrafted products. YourMurano offices are located in Murano island and each our creation is handmade in 1400 degrees specific ovens, by expert artisans that passed down antique technique secrets from generation to generation. We work with dozens of Murano glass techniques. They require craftsmanship and various skills. Each of our furnaces is specialized in some of them to always create awesome items.
