The product was beautiful. Customer service was friendly and responsive. This was my first time purchasing murano glass and I knew there would be a QR code label for authenticity, but it was placed right on the front of the piece. I took it off which destroys the label. Not sure why it would not have been placed on the bottom of the piece out of eye sight. Would have been nice to be given an option on where to place it and time of purchase. Other than that, I was happy with the piece.

Ordering the item was super easy. Placed the order on 5 Feb and it’s currently 15 March and have yet to receive the item. Understand these are made to order but... Not sure if I’ll be ordering anything else.

No Response to the following concern sent to customer service: Hello, Thank you for the wonderful vase. The vase was a delight to receive and the Tumbler was a wonderful surprise. Nice. And. The shipping box along with the gift wrap was perfect. Once again. Thank you. My current concern is one of the yellow applications/details on the vase has a finish that is as sharp as a needle and though it lays flat along the surface, it does protrude enough to be like a needle point from the surface of the vase. If left as it is, this may puncture a hand or finger. Though I prefer to keep the vase as it is, this vase is dangerous for others to pick up or hold in their hands. That is to say, rubbing the vase in one direction is OK. Rubbing the vase in the other direction will puncture the hand or finger. And, please, if what I am concerned about is simply a part of the artisan craft, disregard my concern. I will gladly and with a delight keep others safe while this vase is on display. That said, and reading about your generous return policy, what are my options with this vase. Within the next week I intend to purchase one or two more vases and hope to receive another CIRCE round black and yellow details vase. Yet I am unsure of what to do with the vase I received. The other one or two vases that would look nice in my home are: DAISY amphora shape amber vase and LAGUNA Green contemporary glass vase. Once again. What are my options at this time. And. Thank you. Liked the services, was only shocked that I received an email from UK Customs that they couldn't release the parcel unless I paid the TAX for this parcel which was an extra £74 on top of the purchase. Would have been helpful if this was mentioned whilst purchasing the goods, so you know what you can expect. But I'm still very happy with the purchase.
