We received our order thank you. It was delivered from Murano to our door in super fast time, less than 24hours! The packing was fine and the Amalfi Aqua bowl was very well protected. We visited several outlets on Murano in 2015 but couldn’t find the right bowl. We are very pleased with the bowl itself, It is just what we were looking for and sits proudly in the centre of our lounge. Thank you very much for your very efficient service. Paul.

These glasses are just exquisite. They totally make a table and work with any setting from casual to formal. I now have three sets – one which I bought in Murano about 10 years ago and two that I have purchased through this seller. I don’t put them in the dishwasher but they are very sturdy and so far, none have even chipped. This vendor is fantastic-extremely professional, efficient, and responsive – and I would highly recommend these glasses.

I have made several purchases from YourMurano, and all were excellent. This is a great source for Murano glass. I just received the set of Coated tumblers, and they arrived in good time, and in excellent condition. The shipping/packaging are always first- rate. Andrea at customer service is wonderful to work with.

I asked for the free Murano tumbler but it did not come with my order. I sent an email requesting the free tumbler. I received no response and no tumbler. If you offer it, it should be received. This is my only complaint
