I have 3 Murano Picasso heads and buy one each year at Christmas. I try and buy direct so that you get my custom direct and not through a big organisation like Amazon. This year for the first time we had the hiccup of 'Import Tax', due to no doubt UK leaving the EU after BREXIT. My observations: The price you quoted on your website DID NOT include the tax, which, if it did would have made you very uncompetitive against rivals such as AMAZON. You very kindly offered to pay the tax to be competitive which I accepted. I still had to go through the process of paying the tax before gaining delivery, which was not necessarily difficult but again would drive me into the arms of your competitors. My simple question to you would be - if AMAZON can sell a product with the Import Duty to the UK included, why can't you? I intend to buy another Head next year and would still prefer to deal direct with you - so can this be solved? I would also say that the customer care and engagement of your staff, particularly when I was a bit cross, was outstanding, so very well done to you and that is why I would rather deal direct. Although the sculpture that I received was the smaller version of the one I ordered they adjusted the price with an additional discount to make me keep the beautiful sculpture. I wound up giving it as a Chriftmas gift 😀. Great service

I have bought from YourMurano on 2 different occasions. The glasswork is just beautiful. Shipping is very quick and customer service is stellar. On my first order last year, one of the glasses that I ordered was broken during shipping. In no time flat, I had a replacement and it did not require a lot of work on my end with the shipper. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.
