Great company to buy from. Ordering and returning is made simple with the excellent support of the team all along the way. They stock good quality items and I would buy from them again. I live in the UK.

First shipment had arrived, unfortunately something has broken down during transport. The seller sent a new one free of charge. top customer-friendliness !!!!

The first delivery was damaged as the packaging was sufficent to protect the parts. Your customer service team was excellent and arranged repacments. They arrived but still with no extra packing materials, one unit had partialy come through the box and is scratched but usable.

Prima mia consegna già sbagliata e arrivato un pacco per altro come faccio lascia un commento ,in quanto nessuno mia contattato per risolvermi accaduto,ho fatto un acquisto di 125,85 euro che sarebbe tantissimi prodotti invece,alla consegna del corriere arrivato solamente un prodotto che costava solo 28 euro come faccio pagare il corriere un pacco sbagliato in quanto non era mio e darli la somma totale che non aveva neanche il valore di un quarto del mio pacco mi dispiace che andato così perché avrei fatto altri moltissimi acquisti ancora poi oltretutto sono stato fortunato che non ho pagato tramite carta ma contrassegno quindi ho dovuto essere costretto rifiutare mio pacco perché non era mio spero di essere contattato per avere delle risposte in quanto riguarda disguido creato non so da chi sia problematica al almeno avere delle risposte .

Attrezzi arrivati in 3 giorni dal ordine. Una scatola per ogni singolo atrezzo.. Sono veramente professionali.. Da consigliare... Sicuramente ordinerò roba da loro.

Ordinata una valigetta portautensili della DEWALT il 18/12/2018 , sul sito della Mister Worker® la spedizione era prevista untro 48/72 ore . Trascorse 48h li ho contattati e la risposta è stata che il pacco era stato consegnato al corriere . Trascorsi alcuni giorni li ho ricontattati e mi è stato risposto che il pacco doveva essere ancora consegnato al corriere. L'ho ricevuto il 4/01/2019.
