The frame fittings are quality items and the price was good. The items arrived quicker than expected and were well packed. The communications from the company and the service they provided was excellent. I am a very satisfied customer and would happily buy from them again. The website for online purchases was easy to navigate round and sensibly laid out

terrible service, ordered some tools worth 650 EUR three weeks ago, still nothing has been shipped, and they don't respond to the emails

This is my first purchase from Mister Worker. I liked the prices, the nicely developed website, the ease of checkout including Amazon Pay, their international shipping, and follow up emails during shipment. What I did not like was a poorly packaged item. A 200 Euro item was shipped in a plastic bag. The wrenches beat against each other chipping chrome and damaging the tool roll also.

Thanks for prompt delivery. Getting expensive with dollar falling so have to watch for the deeper discounted sales now. Appreciate the Company not replacing the Mr Worker Logo, stand strong.

Ive sent 3 emails in the last 2 weeks about my order eta or some sort of tracking and have not received a response. It’s been a month since I’ve placed my order. Tracking on my order stopped in Italy. I’m about to cancel my order through my bank.

The items I received from Mister Worker were as described. They were delivered according to the estimated delivery date. I recommend Mister Worker and if you're buying tools check with them first.

Overall experience was great. But it could be better if you can provide customs clearance service and include a duty fee in the total items price. Amazon, Ebay, MyUS can all do this.
