Poor customer service.. Miss leading A.I generated responses to emails.. purchased an item that dose not work in my country, returned to an address that was provided by them, of corse it was lost.. post was very expensive.. i own a business and would never treat my clients this way.. customer is always right.. except from Mister Worker..

Die Ware war schlecht verpackt und kam zerbrochen an. Nach 7 Tagen hat MisterWorker zu der beschädigten Lieferung noch nicht Stellung bezogen.

Terrible service Terrible service, ordered a hedge trimmer on the 8/7/24 told would be shipped by 22/7/24 still waiting. Emailed x 2 got generic automated reply with a promise of contact within 24-48hrs …still waiting, used their web chat and again promised a same day response…never happened. Have used before with no issues but never again!!! Terrible customer services! Told was in stock clearly was not, told I was updated, this was completely untrue as checked all my spam and email folders on the date they said and there was no contact. Update: Eventually I was contacted and full refund was agreed and paid fairly promptly. Unfortunately due to this experience I will never use again. Please be honest with your customers!!

Hi I ordered the item in uk but I received costumes fee for £160 was shipped from Italy so nobody informed me is from Italy and need to pay the customs fees.
