Mit der eigentlichen Lieferung war ich zufrieden, Versand erfolgte schnell und der Kaufpreis war günstig. Einziger Kritikpunkt die Ware war für den langen Weg von Italien nach Deutschland zu schlecht verpackt. Meine DeWalt tough Boxen Stückpreis je über €100 waren nur in schwarzer Wickelfolie eingepackt.. Folie war an mehreren Stellen eingerissen und die tough Boxen beide an den Stellen verkratzt verfärbt. Davon war ich echt enttäuscht.

After reading Trustpilot reviews I was not completely comfortable buying from Mister Worker. Long waits, lacking communication practices when things go south and policy not to accept returns when buying as a company are all off-putting. Also, item description on their site was not in line with official specification for this model so I was not sure until opening the box which battery pack is in. Even so, I went for it because they are close to me (Italy) and a new model from DeWalt I was getting was not available in Croatia at the time. For me everything went great. DeWalt drill/driver got delivered in 3 days. Date of experience: May 23, 2023

I love the app and how diverse the brand options are, the only trouble I have with mister worker is the lack of feed back you receive after purchase. You get an order confirmation but there is too much delay between order confirmation and shipping information stages, even if the order hasn't moved progress updates no matter what they are would be helpful

One of the challenges of buying from outside of your home country is duties. I was originally pleased with the pricing but after paying duties the value appeal had diminished. You should look at have an intermediary location that will allow a pass through...duty free. Product looks great. Initial feedback from my polisher is he loves the feels of his new die grinder
